Kathleen Granville, thank you so much for this insight. I too ascribe to a mindfulness practice that has change me life. I struggled for awhile with what it meant to “let go” of my thoughts. But then I restructured it as “pivoting” my thoughts to something else, mainly my breath. As I learn more and dive deeper into the practice of mindfulness I intend to share and help others cultivate this amazingly simple and life changing practice.
